SPECIFICATIONS:

Installation kit includes:

1. Valve body with actuation cable attached.
2. Model 200 pedal or Model 300 pedal.
3. 4 each, 16 inch long, 1/2 x 1/2 inch stainless-braid flex hoses with cone compression washers.
4. 2 each #6 & 1-1/2 inch metal screws.

Valve Body:

1. Two identical, independent neoprene - diaphram type polypropylene valves, with 1/2" x 14 pipe fittings. Magnetically actuated.
2. Actuating cable poly-coated stainless standard steel (100 lb. test), in an armored flexible housing.

Pedal:

1. Model 200: Hinge type, Hi impact ABS, with rubber non-skid tread.
2. Model 300: Aluminum pedal, surface mounted against the vertical cabinet front wall with two screws.

Performance Test:

1. Passed the ANSI / ASME A112.18.1M-96 requirements.
2. Toxicity evaluation NSF14/61. Complied.
3. Working pressure: 125psig, no leakage for 5 minutes.
4. Intermittent shock pressures up to 180psig at 140F, 30,000 cycles. No failure.
5. Temperature test: 40F to 150F, 500,000 cycles supply fittings.
6. Burst Test: 500 psig for one minute. Complied.
